working with Plan B

UK Production was pleased to have the opertunity to work with Plan B, on his first feature called iLL Manors. Plan B aka Ben Drew, a multi talented singer, rapper, actor now adds screen writer and director to his resume. As he set out to film his first feature film "iLL Manors". This feature created with the help of London Film Funds sees six seperate short stories twist and turn themselves into a larger piece. Producer Atif Ghani, thanked UK Production for it's help and flexibility to help bring this unique project about, with the supply of some rather special effects care of Faujja Singh. Filming has now finished and we're all eagerly awaiting the first edit, "it's been a blast literally!" says Carl Wackan he continued "working on this project has been very much out of our normal mode of corporate! We can't wait to see how it turned out.

At a recent corporate function UK Production Services was able to try out evo 4 of the flight deck. In line with our buy to order policy we've added twenty Hero GoPro full HD camera's to our rental fleet. These can be mounted with a variety of fixings to pretty much any surface. Widly regarded one of the best solutions for get that impossible action shot. We'll be using them in the production of a sell through DVD we're making for one of our clients. We also stock the Contour HD camera range as well as the Kodak Z series and Sony HXR minicamera all of which offer themselves as part of the solution to getting the best possible footage.

UK Production were instrumental in planning and delivering the Film Launch for Absolut Vodka's Commissioned film "I'm Here" by acclaimed director Spike Jonze. Using the idea of do something different, UK Production helped transform a number of NCP carparks into film premiere locations. With limited power and a very tight deadline the carparks were transformed into exciting spaces for the film premiers. The first event LONDON.- 'I'm Here', a robot love story 'In An ABSOLUT World', is set in LA and celebrates a life enriched by creativity. The film has already proved to be a huge success after being selected to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on 21st January this year
